These terms govern the text messaging program operated by JH MEDIA. By starting a text conversation with us, you agree to the terms below.

This messaging program is operated by JH MEDIA (the "Program"), a business operated by Justin Hurtado, sole proprietor, based in California.

How you opt in

Participation is voluntary and opt-in only. You opt in when you provide your phone number and start a text conversation with us — for example, through the chat widget on our website. We do not add anyone to text messaging without their consent, and this is the only way to opt in.

What messages you'll receive

If you opt in, JH MEDIA may send you:

• Follow-up messages about a project, quote, or question you contacted us about.
• Customer care messages — replies to your questions and support related to work we're doing with you.

We send these messages only to people who have opted in. We do not send promotional blasts to purchased or shared lists.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us — for example, how you reply and where a project is in progress.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. JH MEDIA does not charge you for the messages themselves; any charges come from your carrier.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we'll send one confirmation and then stop sending further texts. If you want to opt back in later, just start a new conversation with us.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your opt-in and mobile information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: your text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to message with us after an update means you accept the revised terms.
